Dan likes to vary each class, however a typical class usually involves dynamic stretching to warm up, a few fun games, some resistance and core training, some cardio work (eg, boxing/ running) and static stretches to warm down. Beginner classes are less strenuous and involve less running. Each exercise is scaled to your level of fitness.
Passes entitle you to 5 boot camps, with a 6th class for free.
Dan’s one on one PT sessions can be held outdoors or in the privacy of his custom built Home Studio. Each session lasts for 45mins. This amount of time is perfect to achieve a great workout which includes time for a warm up and warm down to avoid injury. A free consultation including goal setting and body/posture analysis will be carried out in the first session. Free nutritional advice can also be sought during these sessions.
Many family members and friends choose to train this way. It is a great way to keep in shape together. All of the extras are still included. You still receive expert guidance and instruction from Dan at a cheaper rate.
