There can be plenty of excuses (made up or real) for you not to get active. Here are some common barriers that many of us face, along with helpful hints and solutions to try and overcome such barriers.

“I’m so busy, I just don’t have the time.”

There are 168 hours in a week. Considering all of the amazing benefits we can gain from exercise, dedicating 30-45mins once or twice a week, to the ‘let’s take care of our body cause’, seems like a small sacrifice to make. At Dan’s PT4U, we try to make exercise fun and interesting. When it’s done that way, it doesn’t feel like a sacrifice at all and once the endorphins kick in you’ll feel like you’ve accomplished something good for the day. Studies on global Chief Executive Officers have revealed that the most successful of these people are the ones who make time for exercise. If they can do it, you can too.
